Saad bin Ubadah RA asked the Messenger of Allah, "O Messenger of Allah, what charity is the most important?" He replied, "Give water."

"O my companions, whoever among you donates his wealth to be able to free the well, then donates it to the people, he will get Allah Ta'ala's paradise." (HR. Muslim)
From Abu Hurairah ra., he said: Verily the Messenger of Allah said:
“Sometimes a man walks by. In the middle of his journey he was thirsty, he found a well so he went down into it and drank it.
Then he came out, suddenly there was a dog licking the ground because of thirst, then the man said:
'This dog is as thirsty as I am.'
Then he came down again and filled his shoes with water to the brim, then he bit his shoes and went upstairs and he gave him a drink. Allah praises the man for helping the dog and Allah forgives his sin.”
The companions asked: "O Messenger of Allah, does helping animals also get a reward?"
He replied: "Helps every creature that has a spleen get a reward." (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)
MasyaAllah Tabarakallah, so great is the reward from alms even though it "only" provides water for animals, not humans. Allah's reward and forgiveness extends to those who give in charity water.
In addition to Allah's forgiveness which can be a way to heaven, did you know that one of the main alms is giving water?
On one occasion, Saad bin Ubadah RA asked the Messenger of Allah, "O Messenger of Allah, what charity is the most important?" He replied, "Give water." (Narrated by Abu Dawud). Masha Allah.
The Prophet strongly recommended to give alms of water because water has an important role in life. With water, God willing, there will be a good life. Indonesia as one of the fourth most populous countries in the world, but the unequal availability of clean water is an important issue because it affects all aspects of life, from health to public welfare. Ease of access to clean water in various affected villages is a step to improve welfare and quality of life. According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), 33.4 million people lack clean water and 99.7 million people lack access to good sanitation facilities. We invite donor to work hand in hand in realizing clean water that is easily obtained by rural communities in need. "Have you not seen that Allah sends down water from the sky, so that it becomes water sources on the earth, then He grows with it plants of various colors" (39) How important water is for life, giving God's creatures easy access to clean water is the same as giving life to them. Because, alms of water is the main charity and the reward for this goodness is so special, because every drop of water can continue to flow goodness.
